What do I need to reserve a vehicle?
A retainer of 20% (or a flat $500 for buses), your itinerary and some personal information. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How will I know who my chauffeur is?
Before your service we email and/or text you your chauffeur’s name and cell phone number.
Are you available late at night?
Our office is open 9am–9pm, 7 days a week, and our cars run 24/7 once reserved. After hours, calling (570) 823-5233 reaches a representative or an emergency paging system that returns your call within minutes.
