Who is driving?
Our chauffeurs are employees, not independent contractors. They’re fully trained, screened, drug-tested and road-tested before they pick up your family.
Passenger limits
Vehicle capacities are set by the manufacturer and recorded with our insurer and the DOT. We never exceed them, no matter how small the passengers.
For-hire vehicles must carry $1.5 million in liability, or $5 million over 15 passengers. Ours do. Ask any company you’re comparing whether theirs does.

How far ahead should we book for prom?
Prom season books up early, so reach out as soon as you know your date. A retainer locks in your vehicle.
Can we split one vehicle between groups?
Yes, as long as the total number of passengers stays within the vehicle’s capacity. Tell us about your group and we’ll suggest the right size.
Can we fit a few extra people in a smaller vehicle?
No. We can’t carry more passengers than a vehicle is designed for, due to insurance and DOT regulations, and that applies to kids too. For comfort, we recommend picking a vehicle a little larger than your group.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. Our entire fleet is non-smoking and non-vaping, and Pennsylvania law doesn’t allow smoking in public vehicles.
How will I know who my chauffeur is?
Before your service we email and/or text you your chauffeur’s name and cell phone number.
What do I need to reserve?
A retainer of 20% (or a flat $500 for buses), your itinerary and some personal information. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
